1st case -  There are some images of guava has given, earlier we have 8 no.s guava in hand and now 1 guava is added, 

8  and  1  more  =  make  9 nine 

total numbers of guavas are 8 + 1 = 9 guavas are there.   (Ans.)

2nd case -  There are some images of flowers has given, earlier we have 10 no.s of flowers in our hand and now 2 flowers is added, 

1 Ten  and  2  ones =  make 12 twelve

total numbers of flowers are 10 + 2 = 12 flowers are there.   (Ans.)

3rd case -  There are some images of fish has given, earlier we have 10 no.s of fishes and now 3 fishes is added, 

1 Ten  and  3 ones  =  make  13 thirteen      

 total numbers of fishes are 10 + 3 = 13 fishes are there. (Ans.)
