COLORING IN NUMBER BOX

If a box shows a number a number less than 40, colour the box blue and the number above 50 then colour red and rest box colour yellow. -

If a box shows a number a number less than 30, colour the box white, and the number above 40 then colour the box green, and the number above 60 then colour the box yellow, and the number above 80 then colour the box blue, and rest the box put colour red. -
