Percentage is nothing but a fraction of Hundred, percent means ‘out of Hundred’ and the symbol of percent is %.

Percentage means how much part of a thing is to be taken or to assign this is called percentage.

For an example, if we say 15%, that’s mean 15 out of a hundred or 15/100.

If we ask anyone that, find 5 percent or 5% of 1000
